Wealth Consultant
The Wealth Consultant acts as the primary representative and client fiduciary. They are responsible for providing a holistic financial plan through portfolio management, investment recommendations, estate planning, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Consultants will be responsible for regularly maintaining contact with clients to perform transactions and answer inquiries through in-person and phone appointments.
- Financial Planning: Consultants must be able to collect, analyze, and deliver client data/reports that will meet client needs and objectives.
- Investment Solutions: Consultants must demonstrate a strong understanding of all financial planning concepts, account types, investment products, and markets to deliver comprehensive financial planning through brokerage, advisory, and insurance solutions.
- Business Partnership: Consultants must maintain excellent communication and coordination between team members, third parties, and various departments.
- Compliance: Comply with industry standards and regulations while maintaining licenses and continuing education credits
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Series 7 acquired within six months of hire
- Series 63 and 65 or 66
- Life & Health preferred
- Must have excellent customer service/relationship management skills
- High integrity, detail oriented and ability to evaluate and mitigate risk
Insurance Consultant
The Insurance Consultant works in partnership with Wealth Consultants to provide clients with life insurance or annuity options. They are responsible for coordinating all steps of the application process between the client and financial institution.
Responsibilities:
- Sales: Present and sell insurance policies to new or existing clients
- Customer Service: Consultants will be responsible for regularly maintaining contact with clients to service policies and answer inquiries through in-person and phone appointments.
- Insurance Planning: Consultants must be able to collect, analyze, and deliver client data/reports that will meet client needs and objectives.
- Business Partnership: Consultants must maintain excellent communication and coordination between team members, third parties and their various departments.
- Investment Solutions: Consultants must demonstrate a strong understanding of all insurance planning concepts, policy types, investment products for providing recommendations on insurance solutions.
- Compliance: Comply with industry standards and regulations while maintaining licenses
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Texas Life & Health required
- Minimum of 6 months in insurance sales/service preferred
- Must have excellent customer service/relationship management skills
- High integrity, detail oriented and ability to evaluate and mitigate risk
Registered administrative assistant/Paraplanner
The Registered Administrate Associate provides ongoing client and business development support to the Wealth Consultant. They maintain proactive, professional communication with clients to ensure an excellent client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Business Partnership: Associates must collaborate and maintain excellent communication with Wealth and Insurance Consultants to identify suitable investment and planning strategies to meet the needs of new and existing clients
- Financial Planning: Fact-finding, data gathering/entry, and making observations/recommendations
- Administrative Support: Creating financial models and projections to prepare necessary charts, graphs, and worksheets
- Customer Service: Associates must present findings and recommendations to clients through prepared documents and models
- Technology Support: Associates must be able to assist clients with their online access to financial planning software
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Series 63, 65, 66, or 7 required
- Base knowledge in investment products, asset allocation, retirement modeling, and portfolio risk management
- Experience using and preparing financial plans using planning software
- Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with or a working understanding of contact management system
Operations Manager
The Operations Manager coordinates all aspects of office management on the team to create a positive, organized, and professional environment. They meticulously manage the Client Service Experience to ensure standards of excellence are achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Business Planning: Managers collaborate with wealth consultants to determine business goals and track the progress towards the achievement of those goals
- Administrative Support: Maintains payment of business expenses, payroll/compensation, and documentation
- Resource Management: Coordinate the procurement/maintenance of office supplies and equipment
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with team members and third parties for new value-added service opportunities. Continuously reviews and updates service procedures for improvements
- Compliance: Monitors team adherence policies, procedures, and industry regulations
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree (relating to Business Administration or equivalent) required
- Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Possess a strong work ethic with the capability to multitask by switching from one task to another
- Well-developed problem-solving skills sufficient to identify problems, generate solutions and decide on a course of action at a basic administrative level
Client Service Associate
The Client Service Associate provides meticulous coordination of daily account administration to ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded with timely, accurate and compliant account management – which includes maintaining proactive, professional client communication related to all account administration. They provide ongoing daily administrative and operational support to the Wealth Consultant and maintain proactive, professional communication with clients to ensure an excellent client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, prepare documents/reports, and maintain files/databases
- Customer Service: Answer or direct incoming telephone/email inquiries and requests
- Account Maintenance: Prepare, deliver, and submit paperwork for processing
- Technology Support: Assist clients with online access and provide team members with technical support
Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Enthusiastic, motivated, committed and a team player
- Highly organized, good at multi-tasking and able to prioritize activities
Marketing Associate
The Marketing Associate leads all branding, community, and client engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Research topics, distribute content, and follow/contribute to the marketing plan
- Marketing Materials: Design and restock marketing materials/merchandise
- Digital Management: Oversee management of all digital channels/social media, advertising, and post content
- Event Planning: Organize and host various event functions and speaking engagements
- Business Partnerships: Collaborates with team members and third parties for marketing and networking opportunities
- Compliance: Maintains knowledge of industry regulations and adheres to compliance procedures
Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma required
- Must be familiar with video/photo editing software
- Proficiency with Youtube and Facebook channels preferred
- Be very organized with the ability to switch from one project to another within deadlines
